And your transferware is lovely! There's a richness or something to these pieces I really like. A friend of mine has said she would like to collect Friendly Village, so I may have to look for some for her!Angela McRaehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10928913868086900802noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1615274882068597937.post-52345905041762482282011-12-02T04:50:04.475-08:002011-12-02T04:50:04.475-08:00These are fabulous. I lean toward "Friendly Village" but frankly, I like them equally -- I think it's just the season that calls me to that one! Oh! Those saucers! What detail on the edge! I love tea anything! And I do like transferware, especially those English scenes in red, or that seldom-seen purple. I don't have any transferware in tiny collection though. Most of what I have is a mish-mash of English bone china of more newer date, delicate floral patterns by Royal Albert, Aynsley, etc. With limited space, I don't have storage for a big collection anymore. But love my tea time things. :o) Happy Weekend ((HUGS))Tracyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09179096002434748927noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1615274882068597937.post-30049298045519218952011-12-01T20:26:47.209-08:002011-12-01T20:26:47.209-08:00I love your transferware teacups! I do have some odd cups and saucers without roses; a red transfer ware with a church and a souvenir cup from Vancouver covered in fishing lures. I like your transfer ware c&s's.
