Tea Awaiting


The teapot is on; the cups are waiting;

favorite chairs anticipating;

no matter what I have to do,

my friend there's always time for you.

    I don't think my sil played with it much. But my cat broke a few pieces a few years ago. There still are quite a few pieces in the set.

    I had a tea set exactly like that when I was a little girl. If only I had known then how tea would one day be such an influence on my life!
