Sparkling Tea

Posted by Picasa
Golden Star White Jasmine Sparkling Tea.
I enjoyed this tea at the Crown and Crumpet in San Francisco and finally
found out what they served. Whole Foods is where I found it.
It is quite spendy, but if you don't drink wine this is a perfect replacement.
Very yummy and so pretty in a champagne or wine glass.
It is definitely a special treat tea.
Now I have a bottle saved for a special occasion.

  1. You can order this online too, but I'm happy to hear it's available at Whole Foods. It would be nice to try some for a treat, instead of our usual sparkling cider or grape.

  2. I've looked for this at our most 'upscale' market locally --- but without results. It looks delicious!

Another beverage I enjoy is dry, sparkling lavender. It's bottled and SO delicious! I haven't found it where I live, but was able to get some in Sequim at a lavender farm. If you run across it, it's well worth the expense. I 'save' it as long as possible and then bring it out for a special occasion.
