My heart always sings when March comes around,
as we begin seeing signs of Spring.
A few weeks ago I shared one pink camellia,
they have been slow to bloom.
In looking this yard for red I found the red camellia
wanting to bloom.
There were fresh red sprouts on the rose bushes,
crocus for sure were showing their bright shining faces,
and the miniature daffodils were singing to me.
Soon, very soon the tall daffodils will be shining
followed closely by the tulips.
Yes, this time of year does make my heart sing.
What is making your heart sing this week?

My heart is shining the light is returned and that the sun is out. I am looking for signs of spring every day. On one of my roses have shot started shooting. When I saw that you got leaves on your roses, I was so happy. To see the crocus in the amount of the energy boost. I wish you a nice day! Zinnia
ReplyDeleteI am looking out my sewing room window right now and see snow on the ground! I guess this is typical March weather but I sure would like to see the sun for a few hours. Lovely photos, Marilyn.
ReplyDeleteAhhhhhhhhhhhh, that felt good. There is no better time of year than the promise of spring!
ReplyDeleteAnother heart here singing along with yours, Marilyn! No blooms yet here, but soon hopefully... At least the snow is all but gone now, and the birds are singing their hearts out just now. :o) Great to see you back here, hope computer issues are resolved. Happy weekend ((HUGS))
ReplyDeleteStill a lot of snow here, but indoors the first seeds are in the soil.
ReplyDeleteWalking around downtown on Sunday, I spied a few red camellia trees - near PSU. :)
ReplyDeleteJust this morning, I was outside looking to see what's about to bloom. Peonies, irises, lilies, narcissus and tulips are all coming up!
ReplyDeleteOh, how lovely! You are a bit ahead of us here in Michigan, but it's been so unseasonably warm, I'm sure we'll catch up soon!
ReplyDeleteWe have quite a bit of snow to melt before we see any color here.
ReplyDeleteOh so beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThanks for giving me a glimpse of spring.
Love you
Jeanne♥
