Enchanted

This Fall I am enchanted by the light and colors of the season.
When the sun shines just right it just makes my heart sing.
Walking down the avenue near my home I love seeing the trees just shine.
Often struggling with this time of year I am trying to soak in the light.
It helps when I can notice the light shining in surprising ways.
It is pure delight.
The avenue here is considered an arboretum.
There are many varieties of trees.
On the days the sun is shining the colors just reach out and grab my heart.

Notice what is around you this weekend.
What is enchanting you?

  2. Gorgeous, all of them! I especially love the bokeh in the second photo.

This weekend I'm thinking of family and traditions as I make our family's rolls.

  5. This is my season - my time. It makes my heart smile to see a single red leaf clinging to a branch. I do love autumn.

  6. What are those red berries?

What enchanted me this weekend was to come home to my dear family, being picked up at the airport by Terje, comeing home to lasagna made by Marta, and Ingird and Torgeir came to eat with us :-)

  7. So much rich color still. We are finally having some sunshine and a vivid blue sky. Such a treat after weeks of gray weather.

  8. How lovely. I must post my autumn photos before the snow flies! I don't think they're nearly so lovely as yours, though!

  11. I'm so thankful for trees, whether in the city or in the countryside. I notice them more and more and have a concern for how we look after them for the future.
