  1. I LOVE grape hyacinths! We grew them on our balcony this year and they did so well.

  4. This lovely little picture reminded me of my mom... she had a window ledge full of tiny little bottles... all shapes, all sizes, clear glass, and blue. Tucked in them would be snippets of whatever was blooming in season, whatever little bouquet was handed to her by tiny hands, whatever caught her fancy. For her memorial services, we put all the little bottles, all shapes and sizes, on a table for our guests to take as a remembrance of our mother. Thank you for the sweet memories. Not feeling blue today, simply delighting in the memories of the past.

  7. ....blue.......and of course white, the perfect refreshing and calming complement.
I see grape hyacinths, violets and forget-me-nots..............all so very pretty. Love the little bird on the lid of the teapot - what a beautiful shape that piece is,and the tiny glass ink pots (?) and bottle are lovely. A really sweet vignette Marilyn.

86F here today - a heatwave - I've had to turn the a/c on for the first time this year!

    Happy week - Mary X

  9. This picture reminds me of the Scripture in Philippians 4:8 "...Whatsoever things are lovely...think on these things."
And this photo definitely is lovely!
