Autumn in the Garden

Each season at the Lan Su Chinese Gardens brings a special delight.
All over town the colors are spectacular,
but in the garden there is a special subtle touch.
The colors peek from the trees of the pomegranate and the persimmon.
The touches of color in the leaves speaks of Autumn too.
But the chrysanthemums sitting here and there just sang to my heart.

    Lovely...

    Seems many of us, are looking about, for Autumnal photos. Before the kinda' gray time of November, comes.

    And the nice thing is, we are sharing our Autumn photos!

    Oh I am so glad I live (and have always lived) in an area of our Beautiful Country, which enjoys the Four Seasons!!!!!!

    What a beautiful spot -- I can see why you love it! My color today is the tannish brown of chocolate chip cookies (and they don't smell half-bad, either!)

    I was in the mountains of western North Carolina earlier this week, and there the bright golds and yellows were the ones singing to my heart!

    Today my heart was just singing with so much JOY...the colours around here now are specatular ...reds...oranges...yellow...stunning! Hope your October days have been amazing. xo

    Oh my favorite garden - besides your lovely space - in Portland, and I'll always be grateful you took me there this past Summer. I shall return some day, perhaps in Autumn as I see how lovely it is still at this time of year.

    Such amazing delight! I enjoy gardens and the woods in the autumn when plants go to seed and final bursts of color accent everything!
