Did you know tea was in the camellia family?
Roses seem to last the longest in our garden.
This rose in particular may bloom most of the winter.
It is called The Poet.
Dahlias still gracing the garden.
A profusion of chrysanthemums cascade from the flower box.
Oh how I love going exploring right in my own yard.
When we look closely, what beauty can be found.
The color of that hydrangea makes me gasp!

I love the November garden! My hydrangeas aren't as colorful as yours. Yours is beautiful! I have roses that seem to want to keep blooming. One yellow one across from my kitchen window is 'entertaining' me with its constant November changes. Just when I think it's finished blooming it starts all over again!

ReplyDeleteSome of our hydrangeas have changed colour to that shade of magenta, too. Others are different shades of pale mauve, greeny blue and grey. These late Autumn flowers continue to give much pleasure. Have a lovely day, Marilyn.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I have been enjoying the last of the autumn blossoms. Yours are still looking so fresh and full! Last week I pruned some of my roses and lavender. It was so hard for me to have to clip the blossoms, but soon it will be too cold to enjoy the task.
