You know this tea lady would feature tea for drink, since that is mostly what I drink.
This picture was taken in my back yard at last month's WuWo Tea Ceremony gathering.
After we each set up our tea service we take time to visit and see what others have
brought for sharing, plus a bit of chatting and picture taking.
WuWo Tea Ceremony is generally done outside and gives a wonderful time
to savor sipping tea and enjoying the out of doors.
So it just happens that the "drink" prompt comes on the day I will
again be sipping tea with friends at this month's WuWo Tea Ceremony.
It won't be in my yard, but at a park.
I am looking forward to sharing tea with friends today.
Drinking tea is an everyday occurrence at my house.

Sounds interesting, I'll have to Google Wuwu ceremony to see what it is about.
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful it must be to gather with liked-minded tea lovers, sharing tea tips and news. Marilyn, the garden looks lovely, as always - and I guess you could always duck into J's fabulous glass house IF rains had arrived!
ReplyDeleteHappy Sunday - rained all day yesterday and due to start again any minute…….and continue daily until Thurs!! So dark and dreary outside - I think we're having PNW weather this Summer!
Love and hugs - Mary
What a lovely setting this is! Best of luck with your tea class. Sounds delightful. I'm sure everyone will enjoy it. Love your selfie! If I took one of my most common blogging place it would have to be in my nightgown on the sofa! And NOT a pretty picture! haha!

ReplyDeleteLOVE this--almost a mini tea festival--in your backyard, Marilyn...wonderful idea! Tea was drink of share-choice for the Break too. ;o) Pausing for tea happens many a time here too. ((HUGS))

ReplyDeleteOh you must have so much fun at your
ReplyDeleteWuWo Tea Ceremony gatherings.
A lovely way to spend an afternoon dear Marilyn!
Such a serene setting for the WuWo Tea Ceremony. Still have fond memories of the ceremony we shared in OH. Such a blessing to be able to enjoy that time with you, Stephanie, Mary Jane, and others.
ReplyDeleteWow, I love that idea! Can't wait 'til I have a backyard!
ReplyDeleteI love how you are rising to the challenge this month! Perfect!
