Steven Smith Teamaker

After the event at Steven Smith Teamakers recently
they offered some tea for one of my blog readers.
I picked the Smith Variety pack because I just knew you would love
a variety of tea sachets to taste many of the delights at the tea shop.
Oh and it comes in that wonderful box that can be reused or
decorated for other purposes.  I adore their boxes and their tea.

Then just for fun I decided to toss in a tea cup to
use for all the tea drinking you will be doing.

Now all you have to do is leave a comment telling
me why we should pick you to receive this treat.
Simple isn't it?
Make sure I know how to get in contact with you.
I will announce the winner on May 1st, Friday,
A perfect celebration for starting off a new month.

To find Steven Smith Teamakers, just go online at: http://www.smithtea.com/

  2. What fun! A teamaker I haven't tried yet! And, the guys just finished my new hutch in the kitchen ... just in time for a new teacup! :) :) Thanks for the chance!

  3. Leave a comment telling you why you should pick me? :) Well --- I simply adore Steven Smith Tea's and would be honored to sip them in his memory. And I totally LOVE that teacup! It reminds me of some I saw at the Jane Austin display at Elmwood Inn tea shop recently. There are a million stories behind a teacup design like that one.

    Enjoy a wonderful day!

  6. What a lovely giveaway! I love adding teacups to my collection and I've been wanting a green transferware one. Also, I've never tried that brand of tea and I so enjoy trying new ones. Thank you for the chance to win!

  7. Steven Smith Teamakers is new to me and since you're recommending them, I know there will be some good teas to try. The box does look like it has possibilities and of course the teacup is pretty, a nice gift package to win.

  9. What a lovely giveaway. I love drinking tea, as a matter of fact, I'm drinking some right now. I've never heard of Steven Smith Teamakers and I'd love to try some. We're in the middle of a kitchen renovation and I'd love to serve some in my new kitchen! Thanks for the opportunity!

  10. Why should you pick me? Well, I don't believe I have ever won anything on your blog! And, well, I could always use a new tea sample, particularly a nice variety from a tea purveyor that I have never sampled.

  12. How lovely! You should choose me because I am an art major who loves to drink tea to stimulate the creative process and I have a fantastic idea of what I might do with the box. I'll need all the help I can get producing some great pieces for my Senior Portfolio at the University and maybe a tea tasting adventure would be just the thing I need! Thank you!

  14. What a beautiful teacup! And a wonderful opportunity to lift a cup to the memory of Mr. Smith who worked
tirelessly to promote tea to new generation
    of tea drinkers.

  15. That is just beautiful, as most of your photos are. Even if I am not the chosen one, I have enjoyed the photo! If I won, I would have the pleasure of drinking a new tea in a beautiful cup! How much fun!

  16. Oh, Marilyn. What a generous offer and how kind of them to make that gift for you to share.

I have/had never heard of Steven Smith tea until you brought it to my attention so I would love to try it. And I confess to have a great weakness for that box -- and the delightful transferware on the beautiful teacup!

The only thing that would make winning it better would be drinking it with you!

  17. Why me? I love tea and pretty tea cups. And I live in a city renowned for its tea drinking options (although there are plenty of Starbucks and Tim Horton's around, too).

  18. Oh me please Marilyn as this is the only way I would ever get to try Steven Smith tea - I haven't seen it here...yet!
Also I've been looking for a transferware cup and saucer for a long time, it seems very few were ever brought to New Zealand!

I've already got ideas on decorating the very special box!

A really lovely giveaway - thank you for the opportunity!

  20. I'd love to be considered if I'm not too late. The one tea I've tried from Steven Smith is excellent and I'd like to try more - and the green transferware? ahhh - my favourite colour, but my only transferware so far is in brown. Why me? - just nice to have some little treats these days :)

  21. I'm catching up and see that I should have caught up sooner. It's probably too late to be entered in the drawing. I have enjoyed each of the Steven Smith teas. My favorite is Fez. Such a gentle flavor. Thank you for the reminder that it's time for a cup of tea!
