Happy New Year of the Rooster

The Lan Su Chinese Gardens here in Portland, OR.
is celebrating the New Year of the Rooster
with special events.
If you are in the area they are still celebrating this week.
So of course, we had to do a little celebrating and visit the gardens.
There were many people there celebrating too.
The dragon and lion dancing was a delight.

Finding a flower in bloom touched my heart.
Red lantern all about just made me smile.
Then a little tea with this little guy.
Oh the joys of grandparenting and sharing tea.
So dear friends, HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Enjoy your day and find small things to celebrate each and every day.

  2. This is fabulous. Of course you know I love all the colors but my favorite photo is -- yes, the very quiet Little D and his tea!
