"(he) who with tea amuses the evening,
with tea solaces the midnight,
and with tea welcomes the morning"
~Samuel Johnson
Literary Magazine, 1757
This quote was found on the back of the tea menu from
Babington's Tearoom in Rome, Italy.
Such a wonderful memory of having tea at the bottom
of the Spanish Steps in Rome once upon a time.
I am healing and enjoying my morning tea,
welcoming a new week, a new day!

So glad you are getting better!
ReplyDeleteHope the trip to the doctor helped, and I'm sure it did. Just can't 'take chances' with colds. They can need some help, to get rid of.
Our sun is shining. Hope yours is too! :-)
It is a dream of mine to see Rome one day, Marilyn. How wonderful that you traveled there. So glad you're feeling better, my friend.
