Tea with a Twist

Tea with a Twist was introduced at the World Tea Expo this year.

I have many tea books and this one in comparison is one of the more beautiful, well thought out tea books I have seen. The photography composition and clarity is so well thought out and beautiful. Viewing the pages you can feel yourself stepping inside for a breathe of fresh air.

Bubble Tea is just one of the fun tea party ideas. There are also ideas for flower, tropical, tailgate, children's, Indian Chai tea parties. The recipes look delicious and at the end of the book there is a nice list of website sources.
The author, Lisa Boalt Richardson, is a Certified Tea Specialist and one very nice lady. She was involved in starting the Southern Association of Tea Businesses several years ago.
The photographer, Lauren Rubinstein, has been published in Good Housekeeping, Coastal Living, and Southern Accents. I have not met her, but her work is lovely.
This would be a perfect gift book for any tea lover.
I just received a few books for Marmalady's. They are not on the website yet, but if you are interested, let me know. It is a book you would thoroughly enjoy.

  2. Sounds like a fabulous tea book and one that I need for my tea library. I really enjoy bubble tea and Indian Chai tea and don't often see them featured like this.

The cover photo of this book really makes me want to pick it up and look inside. Thanks for the review.
