Strong Women - Patricia Neal


This week Patricia Neal dies at 84.
Oscar won at 37.
Series of strokes at 39.
Daughter died of measles at 7years old.
Nominated for Emmy nominations.
Survived a divorce after 30 years of marriage.
Yet she persevered and was instrumental in starting The Patricia Neal Rehabilitation Center for those that had suffered strokes and spinal cord/brain injuries in Knoxville.
Quote:  I don't lie down.....I'm fighting all the way.

  6. I loved Patricia Neal and think she was very badly treated by Roald Dahl. No news of her death here, thank you for letting me know of it.

  7. I always enjoyed her acting. She was definitely a strong women to to through all that heartache and come out ahead.
