This week Patricia Neal dies at 84.
Oscar won at 37.
Series of strokes at 39.
Daughter died of measles at 7years old.
Nominated for Emmy nominations.
Survived a divorce after 30 years of marriage.
Yet she persevered and was instrumental in starting The Patricia Neal Rehabilitation Center for those that had suffered strokes and spinal cord/brain injuries in Knoxville.

I loved Patricia Neal, one of my favorite old time actresses. I wasn't aware she had passed.

ReplyDeleteI loved Patricia Neal and think she was very badly treated by Roald Dahl. No news of her death here, thank you for letting me know of it.
