Watching the sun come up early in the morning with my cup of tea in hand.
No, this is not the view from my house, but a place I visit sometimes.
That is about the most peaceful thing I can think of.
Water in the cup and water in front of me.
I am a water girl through and through,
I find solitude in being in it, by it, and on it.

I love sitting on the swing by my prayer and meditation garden and listening to the birds, the breeze blowing through the pines and the wind chime hanging in the tree beside me. Total peace.
Sleeping cats are amazingly peaceful to me!

Oh, I am a water girl too! Very, very much anticipating an upcoming visit to the beach (we like to go after Labor Day) where I can just sit, read, write and think -- and sip tea, of course!
