Merry Christmas!

 The orchid bloomed Christmas week.
Isn't it beautiful?
Sipping tea in the kitchen as I bake our Christmas stollen.
Joey stopped by in his Christmas hat to send best wishes.
The nose on the Portland reindeer is shining bright.
And music filled my ears this week right here in the Old Church.
Oh the Joy of Christmas celebrations.
I delight in each day.

Have a most wonderful Christmas day and all the days to follow.

  1. Yay, Joey! Merry Christmas from Lizzie -- and from me! (And how DO they get those orchids to bloom on time?!)

  3. It's always great to see the local sights and hear the sounds of the season. We missed much of that this year because of commitments and family doings. Thanks for sharing a bit to remind me of the beauty all around us here. Loved seeing Joey make an appearance in his hat. And your teapot - gorgeous! What is the make or design? It looks like it could hold some very special Christmas tea!

Beautiful orchid - wish I could grow them successfully like you dear.
