Today I am participating in the Bridge of Love with Se'Lah at the Necessary Room.
We are encouraged to celebrate with random acts of kindness.
For some time I have been thinking of donating a tea gift basket for a fund raising auction to a very special program, Project Ed Bear. This program provides comfort and need to pediatric oncology patients in Ohio.
A friend, Susan, has been involved in this program for a long time and I love
supporting her and the program.
What will your random acts of kindness be today?
Create your bridge of love today.
Comments are problematic today; so if you don't see it posted right away it will be posted when Blogger gets their act together and fixes it.

Wonderful photo, Marilyn... and equally wonderful projects you have in mind for today. I had big plans for participation today, but have been unwell, so taking on tiny acts of kindness today. :o) Happy Week ((HUGS))
What a good idea - and a great cause!
Thanks for mentioning Blogger's issues with comments. For awhile I thought it was me - then I started hearing from others. Hope they get it fixed soon.

Your plan to donate a tea basket for the auction benefiting children with cancer is such a good idea that I included a mention and link in my post today about the Dalai Lama and Se'lah's Bridge of Love. I hope it garners three times whatever it's true dollar value is from a generous patron.
Hi what a wonderful act of kindness, I love your photo, it is beautiful. You have a very interesting blog and I am a new follower. take care.
What a great idea and what a worthwhile cause! And this photograph is breathtaking. Where is this garden? In Oregon? Kyoto, Japan? Look at the perfect way the tree limbs bend...and those lush pink roses...sigh...
Your photo today is wonderful. The contrast of the bright colors against the cool lush garden is great.
Project Ed Bear sounds like a perfect cause for your random act of kindness.
This photo is spectacular! The red and black bridge is so perfectly placed amongst the pink blossoms and the many hues of green.
I'm sure the tea gift basket will be a popular item in the auction. I'm an old auction veteran starting with the school auctions when my kids were in elementary school.
I think I will rest on my random-act-of-kindness laurels from a couple of weeks ago when I offered to help a friend with her son's wedding for 300 guests. My house was overflowing with flowers and florists for four solid days last week.
I'm so sorry I missed this on Tuesday, but I will do it anyhow!
Lovely thoughts. This post reminds me of Craft Hope (http://crafthope.com) which gives crafters opportunities to do good with their handiwork.
I love this post! Just this morning I saw Sean and Leanne Tuohy (the "Blind Side" parents) talk on TV about being cheerful givers, so it must be time for me to help someone out!
