My early morning tea time is a time for dreaming.
I dream of the day ahead.
I read.
I nibble a bit.
But most of all I enjoy my tea.
This morning it was back to my summer/spring tea from Thunderbolt Tea.
A delicious Puttabong Moondrops Darjeeling.
Quite wonderful!
It spoke to me of spring time and flowers.
I guess a girl can dream while sitting with her tea
of spring time and flowers at any time of year.
What's in your cup today?
Have a delightful weekend and dream a little dream once in the while.
PS: Visit next week sometime, as I haven't had a give away in quite
awhile and I have been cleaning up my Marmalady's office.
There were some tea time treasures found there.

My morning starts with a decaf coffee in the living room chatting with hubby about what we're doing each day or events coming up.
It's afternoon tea that is all mine to dream or thumb through magazines. And, lately I'm dreaming about serving something different for Christmas dinner with family on December 20th.
I'll be brewing Pumpkin Cheesecake, a rooibos from Davids Tea.
Enjoy your weekend.
I read with my tea, but then again, I read with everything! :P
I like a cup of tea beside me when I'm reading blogs on my computer. Today was Orange Pekoe, but I'm also starting to use the dried lemon verbena, lemon balm and mint from my garden. I mix them as I feel like at the moment. Not real "tea" per se, but tisanes. (I'm getting an underlined word there, so maybe that's a French word for herbal tea, although I thought it used in English, too.)
Hi, friend. I bet there are tea time treasures in most of your home's corners. Right? I love that about you.
Today I've been drinking "Celebration" blend from Fortnum and Mason. I got this tea there on my birthday back in May, and at first I saw it this morning and thought wait, today's no special celebration, then I decided to view it differently, that EVERY day should be a celebration!
I started a food bootcamp detox program this week. It goes for 7 days and then 11 more weeks of working with my doctor to get things back in running order. I'm limited to 2 cups of coffee a day (you know how much I LIKE coffee) and I'm encouraged to drink green tea and herbals. Can you make a recommendation for a good green tea, Marilyn?

I read my Bible while sipping Earl Gray tea from my tea cup,the first thing when I get up.
Your morning tea with a freshly baked scone looks most appetising Marilyn!
I usually have Earl Grey tea (no milk or sugar) with my breakfast.
Mid morning it's a plunger coffee - this keeps me going until lunchtime!!
However, I'll search for "Thunderbolt" tea, as that's often what I need to keep me awake and on the ball ha ha!!!
The little rose cup is gorgeous.
Enjoy your Sunday.
Mine is coffee instaed of tea, but I sure do need my morning reverie alone! I spy a darling little teacup there with you. So nice to have a word from you. Thanks so much for stopping by!
