Ubuntu is an ancient African word meaning 'humanity to others'. It is often described as reminding us that 'I am what I am because of who we all are'.
Part of humanity I believe is to care for the nature around us. Delight in the small things of the everyday.

My mom had a huge impact on my life.
Desmond Tutu said, "We would not know

learned how to do these things from other human beings. For us, the

of being human. It speaks of how my humanity is caught up and bound up
inextricably with yours."

I hope and pray I have a huge impact on these special people.

Love the word you chose for today, Marilyn. Anything that resembles humanity is splendid, as we need more of that in our world today.
