Room with a View

Posted by Picasa
So often I enjoy my view from my window. This is what I see as I am writing to you this morning. The grass is speckled with the sun. The teapot and cup are waiting. It is a place of serenity as the squirrels scamper by. I was thinking about the movie, Room with a View, and found the YouTube song. I hope you enjoy it on this late spring day.
Thank God for my room with a view.

Oh so peaceful Marilyn! I love your outdoor room I have one outside my craftroom window, and have to say everyone should have one. At one with nature, no walls to obstruct the view, scents, and beauty, open to all the wonders God gives us. Thanks for the song.

Oh...I would enjoy having this view outside my window, but I would really love to sit and enjoy tea with you at this very cozy spot.

Love the view and the video. It is a blessing to have even a simple view.

So lucky to have a nice view from your window. I read back and see that you were a pattern maker and so was my FIL way back when right after WWII. He then went on to make all sorts of furniture for his home after he retired. He is 86 and can whip up any pattern you may see in the magazines. Needless to say my MIL was one lucky gal with the best clothing in town.

A beautiful outdoor space for a perfect cuppa tea. I also love the pretty trellis --- some tulle, ribbon, and hanging paper lanterns --- and you'd have another quiet space for tea. What a pretty back yard. . .
