Of Course, There was TEA

This past weekend I played with tea friends.
That jar holds one of my "go-to" teas.
I always pick up a bag of Dian Hong at New Century Tea Gallery
when we visit Seattle.
Tea friends are the best and we love sitting at this table for a tea tasting.

Then it was off to Floating Leaves to taste more tea.
Finally the reason for the trip, the NW Tea Festival where the
little blue traveling teapot found a friend.
I am hosting this teapot for the month of October,
so you just may see it show up again during the month.
You can find my full post with the teapot at:

There were eight of us from Portland hosting the WuWo Tea Ceremony
under the Space Needle.  The day was a perfect day for tea in the sunshine.

Take Note, a Give-Away:  In the celebration of tea in the sunshine I have a small give-away.
Just leave a comment on this post and I will choose one of you
to receive a book called Herbal Tea Gardens, a magazine from Tea Time Magazine
that I picked up just for you at the tea festival, and I know there will be a little tea tucked
inside the package too.   The drawing will take place on Friday, October 16th.

What great photos and friends in abundance. I loved the table which is a work of art with friends gathered around. The guy was the perfect person for a photo with the traveling teapot. How wonderful to attend this festival and walk away with more tea education! So glad you shared.

Is it too late to put my name in the pot for the tea drawing?
I've been off line for several days.
