I still say "I don't collect", but how is a tea lover to resist
a new teacup or two when traveling?
The first cup was found at the Kensington Palace in London.
It is from the Palace Crest Collection.
The color of red is what caught my eye, just stunning.
It was made in England.
Then finding a couple of antique vendors at the
Chelsea Flower Show, this teacup and it's color also caught my eye.
It has a lot of grazing in the bowl, but I just love it too.
It was made in France about 1910.
Appropriately it sits beside macarons from Laduree of Paris.
So what's a girl to do, but just enjoy a beautiful teacup or two?

Beautiful, well thought out choices. All are a delight!
I especially love the tribute to Princess Charlotte teacup.
I can't pass up antique vendors either. And things are sooo much older there than here. That cup might have made it's way home with me too.

Such sweet remembrances of your special vacation!
Gorgeous!
I'm loving the red teacup. What a great souvenir.
Teacups make wonderful souvenirs. Each time you sip from those beautiful cups you'll remember when and where you found them. Lovely!
Oh yes!
Beautiful!!!!
Everyone needs a souvenir! Make sure you bring home something you will love and use -- and you did! And they are lovely!
We can never have too many teacups, especially when collected during travels. It is so nice to sip from one and recollect visits past.
Sips and Smiles,
Teresa
