Oh yes, the light dances for me and makes my hearts sing.
This year as I take pictures I am trying to be more aware of the light.
When I notice, it makes my heart happy.
What is making you happy today?
Many things bring great delight to me: tea, gardens, flowers, outdoors, food, and friends that cross my path. These all make my heart sing with small chuckles, giggles, laughter, and tears. It is my desire to seek beauty all around me, have the heart of a wanderer, a storyteller.

Your photos are gorgeous! Today the smell of ripe peaches is making me happy as I prepare to make peach jam.

Beautiful! I love Multnomah Falls! And your photos of the roses are gorgeous. The light and shadow bow and bend to each other.
How beautiful! I am often drawn to lovely light as well -- the roses are wonderful. Today, the cool breeze coming through the window next to me is making me happy.
Hi and thanks for visiting my tea party! I love your photos-especially the first one-amazing!
The Oregan waterfalls look amazing, Marilyn and the flowers are gorgeous, especially the roses. It was lovely to see the roses in bloom similar to yours in our English garden on the first day back from being away.
Those roses are making me very happy! I'm also happy because my retirement investment counselor said I was in very good shape -- better than I thought -- and that when I got a ticket coming back (for $150) he only charged me for one rolling stop instead of two and not speeding!
Gorgeous flowers! Hmmm...What is making me happy today? The blessing of health which enables me to enjoy life, and all the wonderful things that bring pleasure.
Your photographs are breathtaking Marilyn, the light truly does dance doesn't it? Today, it's too hot and humid to be outside, so I'm enjoying sitting in the cool!
"The light was just dancing for me". I love that. What a pretty blog you have. Sara xxx
I've been to those falls. I LOVE your photo.
We really loved visiting Multnomah with you - one of the prettiest falls I've seen, and of course the ornate bridge makes it even more spectacular. Some of my pics had the natural light effects too, amazing.
I must try to find some of that beautiful red bee balm we saw, also the hummingbird mint which was awesome - I love plants that attract the bees and butterflies.
