Photo Review of Bruges, Belgium

 Chocolate was brought home.
I learned that Belgium chocolate comes from the Congo,
where chocolate in other countries come from South America.
This chocolate shop was recommended by Rick Steves
and he was right, delicious.  Perfect with a cup of tea.
A canal boat ride was a delight.

A bride with a twinkle in her eyes.
A walk through the museum grounds.
A beautiful spot to dream away.
 The market square.

And the Dali Museum.
I was intrigued by this museum while
my "live-in gardener" rested for a day.
Did you know Dali did a series of paintings
from Alice in Wonderland?  I didn't know this.

Tomorrow we move onto Paris.
Oh the train rides experienced.
What a great way to travel,
but it did remind me to always travel light.
A tip from a traveler:
No one will know you have already worn that item
of clothing several times and you won't see them again.

This is so very beautiful! And I've done "that tip" too -- saves your tail in the overpacking department!

Oh, this makes me want to go to Belgium ... (the chocolate do too, but the scenery is breathtaking!).

I went to a chocolate tasting years ago, and I agree, Belgium chocolate is the best. Now I have a craving for it. Thank you. :)
