Outdoor Liv'n

Last night my husband and I decided to sleep in the greenhouse.
It was comfy and cozy.
The only thing we both noticed is all the sounds of the city were loud.
I could imagine sleeping out in the country where the sounds are only nature.
We had trains, planes, and car noises.
This morning to continue the outdoor liv'n, the paper and morning tea were outdoors.

It had been a long time since we had been camping.
This was camping with comfort.
I loved waking up to the sun rising and the coolness of the morning air.
Now if those pesky trains, planes, and cars would just go away.
When was the last time you went camping?
Was it comfy or was it the hard ground?
Sleeping in the greenhouse definitely is my style of camping.

I never liked to camp. I think your beautiful bed in the greenhouse might change my mind.

I've been wondering if you and your hubby had slept in the greenhouse yet. It looks so inviting! Maybe you could get one of those 'noise' machines that gives the sounds of country or ocean. Wonder if it would block out the sounds of the city? Your beds and tea table look wonderful - I can just imagine how much fun it will be to camp there again.

It looks heavenly. Too bad about the noise.

We're just not used to those kinds of city noises when we sleep. Your greenhouse looks so welcoming. Love the iron beds.

How romantic. Somehow, I don't think that greenhouse will EVER be used as a greenhouse. And frankly, I much prefer your alternative uses you have found for it. See you soon, Annie

I guess the last time I went "camping" is when I was in college and joined some of the other students in sleeping in makeshift shacks out on the quad to protest apartheid. The ground was hard and certainly wasn't comfortable, but we made our point.

Your greenhouse bedroom looks so inviting!

Your greenhouse sleeping room is so lovely! What a dreamy place.

The last time I went "camping" was to our cabin. Our bedspread is similar to your greenhouse comforter. But the sounds are so different. It is so quiet on the mountain that it is hard to sleep sometimes. Nothing. Silence. Not even a peep or a cricket or a buzz. I'm getting used to it. We sleep with the window wide open so the cool air can fill the cabin attic where we sleep. Sometimes I wish for some noise.
