Pink, Pink

What was your favorite color as a child?
When I was growing up it seemed like all the girl's liked pink.
Having a slightly rebellious streak I refused to like pink.
There was a saying, "pink, pink, you stink".
Did children say that when you were young, or was that just my generation?
The color pink has very slowly been growing on me.
Reading other blogs and seeing pink, I have learned to love it.
I especially love it in the garden, even placing the pink flamingo there.
Do you share your life with the color pink?
Do you love it?

I've always liked pink! At one time I had more pink clothes then anything, now I try and stay away from it. I am in a Pink Saturday blog group now.

PINK has always been my color, since I was a toddler, I've always just loved the color pink. So your pink-themed mosaic makes my heart sing today, Marilyn! I would love a bite of the pink French marcaon...mmm...I hope it's rose scented. ;o) Happy Day ((HUGS))

I loved pink as a child too. My mom did my whole room in pink; pink carpet, pink bedspread. But as a teenager, I didn't like it. Now as an adult I am addicted to pink once again. Purple is my next favorite.

From childhood yellow has always been my favorite color, but I like pink too, and other pastels. Also love purple (other side of the color wheel from yellow.) And I also love black and white! LOL!

Oh boy! After being gone much of last week I am catching up on my blog friends, and I would NOT have wanted to miss this lovely pink post! As you already know I'm a huge fan of pink, but what really made me love it years ago was when I heard that pink is a blend of white (which represents purity) and red (which represents passion), and I think those are two particularly fine qualities to have!
