Tea in the Garden

The rhodies are now a thing of the past, but roses are in all their glory.
Chocolate roses for a sweet.
Strawberries to delight.
English Breakfast tea served in milk glass.

The teapot always makes me smile with flowers and birds to enchant.

Come sit awhile and take a sip.
The rose scent fills the air.
Tea in the garden on a sunny day delights my soul.

Now THIS is my idea of heaven on earth! And I LOVE that photo with the rose bushes in the foreground and the tea setting in the background -- just lovely!

those rose bushes are beautiful. Our rhododendrons are still going strong so we are behind you a bit. And the roses are barely buds.

I hope you had a charming tea companion. One day, I suspect your companion's name will begin with the letter "D".

So, so pretty! I would love to sit here and breathe deeply. Is that your peace rose adorning your table?

Enchanting, Marilyn. Tea, chocolate cake and strawberries all set out in your delightful garden amongst the roses - perfect. I would love to join you.

Hello Marilyn,

We have found you via our dear friend, Madelief, and how pleased we are that we have arrived.

Your garden looks so very pretty. A true cottage garden with everything growing so beautifully together. It must be a joy in every season, always something to look at and enjoy.

And, what a perfect place in which to take tea. How we can imagine ourselves sitting there and sipping tea from your lovely cups. Now, that would be bliss!

We have signed as followers and look forward to many happy returns.

You live in such a wonderful place for gardening. And your pretty white table setting there looks just like a French painting. Perfect spot for tea.
