Sit in Silence

"So, if you are too tired to speak,
sit next to me,
because I, too, am fluent in silence."
~R. Arnold

Dream a little dream with me.
Sit and listen to the silence.
Then hand in hand we will walk along the edge of the sea.
We will soak up the memories and share our dreams.
For today the slate has been washed clean.
A new year has begun.
Take JOY, dear friends.
Listen to your heart.
And Notice what you Notice!

Oh, I love this quote, Marilyn. I will have to write that one down. Such a lovely picture of the edge of the sea. Yes, a new year, and I look forward to more of your very special posts this year!

I feel as though I have taken a leisurely break among the lovelier places as you begin our travels together through the year ahead.
The world is far to noisy and if it every finds silence it will never return.
Thank you for sharing such peaceful places. Bless you.

Oh how I wish I could sit by the ocean, in any season, and let it's sound and view and totality, wash over me.... Happy sigh...
