Autumn is Upon Us

Autumn is upon us.
How did I know?
A card came in the mail that the Autumn Antique show was
at the Monticello Antique Mall.
How I love their shows with each season.
It puts me in the mood.
See if you can spot the seasonal touches.

Orange, dried blossoms and leaves, and the colors of rust
shout Autumn to me.
Do they do that for you too?

There were some spooky pictures here and there too.

And a bit of straw was tossed around.
What do you do with the transition of each season?
Do you find small touches of the new season popping up?
Enjoy the season of orange, spooky things, straw, and rust.

Happy approaching Autumn to you!
Happy weekend.
I hope you have moments of delight.

That looks like autumn! We're still in the throws of yet another heat wave - we're experiencing July temps right now - so not thinking autumn! Would love to visit this shop!

I am SO not ready for autumn. It will have to drag me kicking and screaming, the summer has been so glorious. But then I won't ever want it to end because we all know what's after!

Lots of really neat things there - love that orange bowl and large pitcher.

Happy Autumn Marilyn - my decor will have to wait until I get back (leave on Mon).

Hi Marilyn - I tried to post a comment just now, and it disappeared before I was finished. And now I can get back into the comment box again. I did love the image of that orange jug - hope you can retrieve the comment (in case it zipped over to you for approval), but at least just know I was here and loved it :) Cheers, Dianne

I haven't been to Monticello for a very long time. It's time for me to head that way again soon. And I need to be on their list to get the cards about their events. Thank you for sharing the touches of Autumn you saw there.
