One of my favorite quotes.
Photo taken in the medieval walled city of Carcassone, France.
Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry and narrow-mindedness.
~Mark Twain
Many things bring great delight to me: tea, gardens, flowers, outdoors, food, and friends that cross my path. These all make my heart sing with small chuckles, giggles, laughter, and tears. It is my desire to seek beauty all around me, have the heart of a wanderer, a storyteller.

Oh...I meant to ask you, what site do you use to put your photos together? I love the header with the color in between the photos. And the compilation of flowers below!

I'm very familiar with those walls......as you may recall my family live just 20 mins. drive from beautiful Carcassonne!
I tell you dear, that Mark Twain certainly wrote some amazing quotes - I've seen several on blogs lately!
Happy week - I'm busy getting ready to fly away next Sunday.
Hugs -Mary

What a unique view.
What a great photo and I like the quote too.
Lovely. This reminds me of a street I walked on in St. Malo, France. With no cars, it isn't hard to imagine yourself truly in another time.
A good quote. I would love to wander the streets of Carcassonne - so much history and beauty there, I understand.
