It is said that "an apple a day will keep the doctor away"
I do believe that a small pot of tea can also help.
Quote by Yang Jiang Ming
No matter what color your skin, or what language you speak,
when you sip a cup of clear tea giving off a delicate fragrance,
and when you feel deeply that it helps not only produce saliva and
slack the thirst, dispel sleepiness and weariness, but also prevent
disease and benefit health, you cannot help but
praise highly its wonderful effects, and hold in esteem the people
who produce it.Have a wonderful weekend and have a cup of tea.

Hello, my friend. My grandmother believed in the power of an apple a day - and it worked for her. I have memories of her sitting at her dining room table, reading every word of the newspaper and eating her apple. Every day! Hope you'll stop by my blog when you get a minute or two. Today I shared the big changes in my life and you will recognize a moment in time that I mentioned.

There is something special about a cup of tea....something soothing.
Those dishes bring back wonderful memories!!! My Aunt had the flatware and glasses to match. What fun! Apples and tea ... perfect fall combination.
Nice post! Hope you have a wonderful weekend, too.
The warmth of the cup....the steam from the brew...it's not just a hot cuppa, it's an entire soothing experience!
I'm off to have a cup of Earl Gray.
Enjoy your weekend!

Oh Gosh Marilyn, I just finished the show and I need to get up in 4 hours to catch a plane...it was so amazingly wonderful. But...I just wanted to let you know...I so appreciate you visiting me. I met Koralee here...It was so much fun. Home tomorrow.... and maybe a cup of tea. When I sip it...I will think of you.
Such a pretty apple tart and made prettier by the plate. I love my set of Appleware and use it whenever special times happen.
Lovely post, and I really like the apple treat on the apple plate. Fun!
I agree...the apple treat looks delightful! I'd love to know how you make such pretty tart shells! Your pictures are breathtakingly beautiful...you need to go work for a magazine!
Hugs,
Donna
