The Color of White

Hollyhocks in my garden.
Do you grow hollyhocks?
I love them, but they never do very well in our garden.
They were at their best this year, I think the warmer weather helped.
A paper flower that I found intriguing and would love to copy.
Do you ever find things you would like to copy?
Just because I loved the whimsy of strips of fabric tied here and there.
Vintage children's clothes, a weakness for me; but I thought if
I took their picture I wouldn't need to buy something and bring
it home.  I am trying to down-size, which is not easy.

Do you love white?
What adventures with color are you enjoying these days?
Have a great day!

What wonderful whites! That paper flower is amazing. I love white but I have a hard time living with it. It gets dirty too fast!

I love those white vintage children's dresses. Not very practical but oh, so precious.

Beautiful photography - my favorite is the vintage children's outfits. So precious!

Those white dresses are enchanting. White is such a great enhancement to light. Our hollyhocks are red and they never do very well here, either.

I love the scraps of fabric and faery lights! I like white lacy gowns but i hate how easily white stains and that includes sweat stains :(

Oh yes, sometimes I wander through craft stores knowing I don't need anything but just to get inspiration for something new to make!

I love the color of white! Your hollyhock is beautiful. Our old-fashioned pinks didn't do real well this year for some reason. Yes, I love to copy great ideas. That paper flower is amazing. And I, too, love childrens' clothing. The photo of yours is sweet. My adventures are few right now. I was on the go so much I think I ran out of calendar to go again for awhile.
