We once heard a speaker say if God had created us all alike, everyone except for one would not be necessary! I'm so glad He liked variety!

So true! A friend of mine once said that comparison is the basis for all inferiority. I've pondered that many times when I start to think I'm not as (fill in the blank) as someone else.
I needed to read this. I've been feeling guilty because my colleague was laid off when I easily could have been the one to go. Why me? Why did they keep me? Maybe I was just special in the way they needed now. Thank you.
